What does the day in the life of a working Salesforce Business Analyst look like? Depends on the day! Business Analysts can have many roles and functions. The structure, priorities and state of a each Salesforce instance shapes the unwritten job description of a business analyst and their workload. This session is gives insight from a Salesforce BA working for an Enterprise Salesforce customer whose responsibilities include but are not limited to requirements gathering, troubleshooting, testing, conducting demos, etc.
